After we have completed the analysis of the diagnostic records we will see you for a Case Presentation appointment. At this visit, Dr. Clarke and a Treatment Coordinator will explain your treatment plan and provide you with a thorough expanation regarding what you can expect to experience during your orthodontic treatment.
We will endeavour to ensure that all of your questions are answered. If we have not done so previously, we will give you a CAO Standard Information Form, which outlines the cost of treatment, and if applicable, this should be forwarded to your insurance carrier.
Once you have been presented with all the information we will book the appointments to start treatment. We will also send a letter to your family dentist confirming the commencement of treatment.
